Ensure all your staff attending Hazmat have a place to stay. Keep in mind hotels will book up fast and are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. They may sell out before the deadline. The Hotel Cut-Off Deadline is May 14, 2024. View travel info for further information.

Booth Staff Registration

ALL exhibit personnel MUST register to attend. Each exhibiting company receives (based on booth size):

3 exhibitor badges for the 1st 100 SQ FT.
2 additional exhibitor badges for each additional 100 SQ FT.
Exhibitor badges allow access to the General Session and Exhibit Hall Only.

A promo code has been sent to the primary contact, this promo code is required to register for the complimentary badges. A separate promo code was also provided at the same time to register for additional exhibitor and discounted exhibitor conference badges. Didn't receive it? Click here.

Booth Staff Registration Instructions:
Once on the start page:

Enter the email address for the individual who will be attending Hazmat
Select the "Exhibitor" option
Copy and paste your promo code into the Promo Code field
Click "Apply"
You will then be presented with three options to choose from:
- Complimentary Exhibitor badges
After you utilize your complimentary badges, you can use the secondary code provided for the following:
- $240 - Exhibitor Full Conference Badge
- $50 - Exhibitor Only (General Session & Exhibit Hall Access Only)
