Chris has been involved in the fire service for over 20 years. For over 11 years, he has worked at New York State Office of Fire Prevention and Control in the Special Operations Branch. There he has responded to events and taught first responders across the state involving Hazardous Materials and Technical Rescue. He is one of the founding members of the New York State Foam Task Force and has helped develop and administor the program over the past 8 years. Most recently he has made the move to Westcher County Department of Emergency Services where he helps in the administration and delivery of training to first responders in the county at one of the busiest training centers in the state.
