Dr. Scott Hartley is the Chief Executive Officer of Proengin Inc where he is responsible for the overall management of Proengin's product and business lines in the United States. He is passionate about teaching and educating on detection technologies and helping solve problems. Prior to working at Proengin he worked in various management, business development, program management and engineering roles at BAE Systems and Gentex Corporation. Dr. Hartley has undergraduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics, Master's degrees in Finance and Operations Management and his Doctorate in Technical Systems Management. He has been published multiple times and holds 12 United States Patents.
