Chris Pfaff: A Marine Corps veteran and a 19-year fire service veteran serving as a Captain with the West Pierce Fire & Rescue, and is a Hazmat Manager for FEMA US&R WATF-1. He holds a Master’s degree for Fire & Emergency Management Planning with Oklahoma State University. He has been a Hazmat instructor for Bates Tech, InSource Inc, and numerous regional fire departments for over ten years. He participates in the Washington State Hazmat Committee, along with many other regional hazmat committees and is actively involved in Multiple non-profit and charitable organizations throughout Pierce County.
