Registration/Badge Pick-Up

Expedite the badge pick-up process. Pre-register ALL staff online before you arrive.

Move-In Reminders

Empty Container Storage: Pick-up “Empty Labels” at The Expo Group Service Desk. Once the container is completely empty, place a label on each container individually. Labeled empty containers will be picked up periodically and stored in non-accessible storage during the event. This is available to exhibitors that shipped materials in through The Expo Group. Those that did not, there may be an additional charge.

Move-Out Info

DO NOT begin packing or dismantling your booth prior to 1:00 PM.
Cars cannot pull into the POV area until 2:00 PM.
Empty containers will begin to be returned by The Expo Group at 1:15 pm. Please note this process may take a while.
Due to limited dock space and no storage areas, all outbound shipments are required to either be hand carried out or shipped out via the show carrier. Outside carriers will not be permitted to pick up freight at the dock after the show. .
